Supplier Sustainability Management

Supplier Tendering and Management

Our university has established the "Cheng Shiu University Procurement Procedures" based on the Government Procurement Act, outlining specific procedures and approval processes for different procurement amounts. The services provided by suppliers primarily include office equipment and materials, instruments and equipment, engineering contracting, and human resource services (e.g., cleaning, security, etc.). In 2023, the total number of suppliers was 1,431, with no significant change compared to the previous year.

Supplier Evaluation

The university has also planned a supplier evaluation mechanism, which is set to be implemented starting in 2025. This evaluation will consider factors related to management, environmental impact, and social responsibility. Suppliers who pass the evaluation will be included in the approved vendor database and prioritized for future collaborations.
