Government-Backed Talent Development: Cheng Shiu University Actively Supports Workforce Upskilling
To enhance the professional skills and competitiveness of the current workforce, Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor Workforce Development Agency has launched the “Industry Talent Investment Program”. This initiative provides financial subsidies to encourage workers to pursue self-directed learning and strengthen their career development.

1. Practical Applications of Digital Marketing and Generative AI for Content Creators
🔹 Course Highlights:
Master key trends in social media marketing, SEO strategies, and Google My Business management. Learn generative AI applications in copywriting, video, image, and music production. Hands-on live-streaming practices using OBS and social media promotion techniques.
🚀 Target Learners: Aspiring digital marketers, social media content creators, and entrepreneurs.
2. Meridian Health and Bodywork Techniques
🔹 Course Highlights:
Training in meridian massage, scraping (gua sha), cupping, and chakra-balancing techniques. Covers full-body meridian therapy with practical demonstrations.

3. Traditional Chinese Rice and Noodle Dishes Workshop

💡 Program Subsidies & Eligibility

Subsidy Range: 50% to 80% of tuition for general applicants; up to 100% subsidy for specific categories of workers.

Maximum Subsidy: Up to NT$70,000 per person every 3 years.

Eligibility: Applicants must be 15 years or older and currently employed, covered by Employment Insurance, Labor Insurance, Occupational Injury Insurance, or Farmers' Health Insurance. Additional eligibility criteria as outlined in Article 4 of the Industry Talent Investment Program also apply.
⚠️ Not eligible: Individuals already participating in government-registered training programs, or those self-insuring under their original employer following layoff or occupational injury.
