With over 150,000 alumni, CSU strengthens engagement and collaboration through resources and services provided by the Alumni and Career Development Center.

Graduate Employment Satisfaction Survey
CSU surveys graduates one year after graduation across 15 areas, including language and professional competencies, industry information, career preparation, and teamwork.
In 2025, 1,667 valid responses were collected from 1,850 questionnaires, representing a 90.1% response rate. Overall satisfaction averaged 4.23 out of 5.
The highest-rated areas were the practical relevance of course content (M=4.35; SD=0.801), professional dedication education (M=4.34; SD=0.785), interpersonal skills education (M=4.31; SD=0.807), and professional competency development (M=4.30; SD=0.806).

CSU annually invites alumni to share career experiences and industry insights. in 2025, three talks attracted approximately 434 participations, with overall student satisfaction exceeding 85.21%.
