The Office of Arts and Culture launched the "360° Online Virtual Exhibition," promoting art and shared learning with the public.

Published the "Annual Accountability Report." Implemented the Personal Information Management System (PIMS) and obtained international certification. Introduced "USR Innovative Courses" and integrated service learning into professional courses.
