Supplier Bidding and Management
In accordance with Taiwan’s Government Procurement Act, CSU’s Procurement Procedures specify purchasing and approval requirements by contract value. Suppliers provide office materials, equipment, construction, cleaning, security, and other services. in 2025, CSU worked with 1,337 suppliers, with no significant year-on-year change, and sourced 98.52% locally.

Green Procurement
CSU balances quality, cost, and value while prioritizing green products in line with government environmental policies.
．Recognized for outstanding green procurement for five consecutive years (2017–2021).
．Honored by the Kaohsiung Environmental Protection Bureau in 2024 and 2025.
In 2025, green procurement totaled NT$26.29 million, representing 2.57% of the NT$1.022 billion equipment budget and continuing an upward trend.
Purchases included computers, monitors, projectors, laptops, and laser printers.

Supplier Evaluation
CSU plans to introduce a supplier evaluation mechanism in 2027, covering management, environmental, and social criteria. Approved suppliers will be added to the qualified supplier database and prioritized for future collaboration.
